EXPRESSION MUSIC GENIUS & FUN

Our flagship collaboration with Expression Music. The award-winning music course is designed to nurture your toddler through music learning and group interaction. The program is designed to help young children identify pitch and rhythm and the best age for this is between 2–5 years old.

Toddlers will surely enjoy learning through singing, drawing, dancing, cutting, writing and playing! It is a wonderful world of musical discovery of 7 tones, 7 letters of the alphabets, 5 numbers, 4 notes, 5 shapes based on 7 musical friends: alligator, bear, chick, dinosaur, eagle, frog and giraffe. This entire musical course has been proven to be fun, educational and has indeed produced music prodigies!

Digital Keyboard and theory (DKT)

Our flagship course. Students get to learn basic piano skills and music theory in a fun and interactive way through music games. Introduces beginners to keyboard performance and note reading in a holistic program, including organised development of pitch, rhythm, note singing, keyboard and movement activities.

If your child is constantly restless when learning things or gets bored easily, this is the perfect course. Our DKT has the same music syllabus as ‘Classical Piano’ and can switch to graded ‘Classical Piano’ anytime.

Skills learnt: Note-reading, Rhythmic patterns, Keyboard Techniques, Ear Training, Voice Training, Knowledge of musical expressions and tones, music arrangement and improvisation, music appreciation and interest 

CLASSICAL PIANO

This course is exam-focused. Our experienced teachers are well-versed with ABRSM and Trinity syllabus and have produced many Merit and Distrinction students over the decade.

POP/JAZZ PIANO

Improvising at the keyboard will be broken down into basic harmonic, melodic and rhythmic concepts. Students will be introduced to using pentatonic scales, blues improvisation and Latin styles. Bass line construction will also be covered as it applies to different styles. It emphasises on chord progression styles, jazz beats and improvisation techniques. 

CLASSICAL Guitar

This exam-focused course can be catered for both Trinity and ABRSM syllabus, with emphasis on finger-plucking and accompaniment techniques. With many Merit and Distinction students to date, we have a proven way of teaching.

pop / acoustic guitar

This is suitable for students who prefer learning guitar for fun and leisure, emphasising on chord strumming and chord progression. The essentials of music theory will be taught for each level. The repertoire of songs learnt range from classical to folk and pop songs. Of course, students can request for a song they want to learn.

JAZZ / ELECTRIC Guitar

Very popular with teenagers and adults who love jazz, rock and alternate music. Learn to play your favourite band songs by our professional performer teacher, as he transcribes the melody into chords and notes for you for easy playing.

DRUMS

Drumming teaches us self-motivation, focus, coordination,  confidence and commitment.

Skills Learnt: Posture and grip, Co-ordination and independence, Groove and feel, Drum score reading, Rudiements, Dynamics, Play-alongs with music, Style studies (Rock, Pop, Jazz, Latin)

FLUTE FANTASY

Discover new music, new people and rediscover yourself through the mesmerizing flute.

Skills Learnt: Body and hand position, breathing, fingering, articulation, phrasing, stylistic interpretation, rhythm and beat

UKELELE
